We are hiring immediately for a current contract. Preference will be given to those with current TCP certification as well as their own PPE.

The ability to work full day shifts starting at 7 am.

Traffic Control Person/Flagger

Duties
Direct traffic at designated locations to ensure the protected and efficient flow of vehicles
Use hand signals, flags, or signs to communicate with drivers and pedestrians
Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
Provide assistance to drivers in navigating construction zones or congested areas
Report any accidents, hazards, or violations to the appropriate authorities
Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions




Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
Previous experience as a traffic controller or in a related field is preferred, but not required
