Manage engineering operations according to CN's plan
Supervise Assistant Track Supervisors and track inspectors
Enforce compliance with safety procedures and regulations
Conduct performance monitoring and provide guidance
Communicate track conditions to senior management Requirements:
Relevant safety compliance experience required
Experience in budget management and troubleshooting
Solid background in labour relations and supervision
High School Diploma and valid driver's license
