About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategic growth. The successful candidate will be the primary relationship holder with subscriber law societies, the face of the organization in reinsurance markets, and the operational steward of a mandate that includes claims oversight, financial management, and loss prevention strategy.
This role demands a leader who is comfortable in a regulated and governance-driven environment, skilled at building trust with sophisticated stakeholders, and ready to drive an ambitious strategic agenda. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading all operations, building and maintaining trusted relationships, negotiating reinsurance renewals, and driving the execution of the strategic plan.

The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance, law, or financial services, and proven relationship-building skills,



with experience in association management, reciprocal insurance, or regulated qualified body environments considered a robust asset.

The CEO will work with a small, high-performing team and will be expected to lead, develop, and retain this team while carrying forward the organization's high-trust culture. The role is pivotal in strengthening claims management capabilities, building financial surplus, and expanding voluntary excess participation.
Loss prevention, particularly in the context of AI adoption and cybersecurity, is a key focus. The CEO will also be responsible for growing the subscriber base, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring the organization's continued relevance in a rapidly changing profession.
