The Mine Operations
Supervisor oversees critical functions such as drilling, blasting, and fleet management. Your expertise in mentoring will help optimize employee performance and comply with health and safety regulations, creating a culture of success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead adherence to health and safety policies
Foster team empowerment and operational excellence
Optimize drilling, blasting, and transportation functions
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Coordinate mining activities across shifts Requirements:
Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
Three years of operational leadership experience
Knowledge of BC mining safety codes
Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system beneficial
Class 5 Driver’s License necessary Utilize your skills to enhance operational efficiency and safety within our mining team.
