We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer with a robust background in manufacturing settings. In this in office role, you will lead initiatives to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality production. Your experience will contribute to enhancing safety and reducing costs in our operations through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance manufacturing systems for effectiveness
Lead initiatives focused on safety and productivity
Perform time studies and analyze production data
Develop operating practices and labour standards
Collaborate on CAPEX projects and implementations
Requirements:
Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years in a manufacturing role
Strong knowledge of Lean principles
Experience with KPIs and OEE metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Utilize your expertise in Lean methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement at ASSA ABLOY.
