Oversee Repairs and RMA teams effectively
Monitor workforce levels and adjust resources
Process repair, exchange, and RMA orders
Manage vendor contracts and compliance
Participate in Porter’s Safety Management System Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in a relevant field
Minimum 10 years in TechOps procurement
5 years in a supervisory role
Aviation industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ensure aircraft maintenance excellence by leading the Repairs & Warranty teams at Porter Airlines.
