Reporting to the Operations / Project Manager, you will supervise crews, coordinate resources, and maintain safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in a rapid-paced industrial workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations on multiple active job sites
Schedule and mentor crews, ensuring productivity
Coordinate resources and logistics to meet project goals
Champion safety culture and compliance with regulations
Monitor project progress and maintain documentation Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or industrial fields
Robust leadership and motivational skills
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
Clean BC driver's licence required
