Senior UX Designer (Contract)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Contract: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role will drive the end-to-end UX process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality digital solutions in an agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design from discovery through delivery.
Conduct user research, workshops, and usability testing.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation.
Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
Contribute to design systems and UX best practices.
Present design recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications
5+ years of UX design experience.




Experience designing digital products within the financial services or banking industry.
Degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Solid understanding of UX research, accessibility, responsive design, and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
