As a Seasonal Quality Assurance Technician, you will ensure adherence to health and safety policies and oversee Food Safety and Quality procedures including SQF, HACCP, and CFIA standards. The position requires analyzing raw materials and maintaining accurate testing records.
Collaboration across departments to improve quality and efficiency is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Conduct analysis of raw deliveries and syrup batches
Maintain accurate records of tests and reports
Monitor and evaluate finished products against standards
Support the startup of production lines effectively
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of quality systems (GMP, HACCP, SQF)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and Power Point
Ability to work rotating AM and PM shifts
Deliver quality assurance and precision in testing at Refresco's production facility.
