This position, reporting directly to the Director of Food Safety and Compliance, involves ensuring all private label programs meet rigorous quality and sustainability standards. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to uphold Earth Fresh's commitment to fresh produce and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management of private label projects and documentation
Ensure timely updates on compliance in customer portals
Support certification renewal and manage audit processes
Coordinate responses for food safety and compliance inquiries
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for compliance
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Food Science or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance documentation
Solid organizational capabilities and project coordination
Excellent communication skills with clients and partners
