Provide senior technical expertise in application development
Lead the design and architecture of GIS solutions




Guide feasibility studies and analyses for IT initiatives
Oversee project management from planning to implementation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements Requirements:
Onsite work required 5 days a week
Expertise with ArcGIS, VertiGIS/Geocortex, and FME
Proven experience in software architecture design
Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure
