Mechanically inclined and experienced with hand and power tools
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual labour
Organized and able to prioritize changing tasks
Adaptable and willing to jump into any situation
Skilled when interacting with customers, tenants, vendors,
and coworkers
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include
Experience in general maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related trade
Knowledge of basic plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Experience operating trailers, forklifts, skid steers, or other equipment is considered an asset
Ability to work safely and follow workplace safety procedures
