The Clinical Lead Registered

Nurse works full time under the Associate Director of Health Sciences. You’ll coordinate student placements and participate in the development of nursing curricula while supporting both nurse instructors and students throughout their clinical journeys. Engaging with local health agencies will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinical instructors and evaluate student progress
Coordinate and confirm clinical placements for nursing students




Assist in establishing learning outcomes during lab sessions
Participate in program accreditation and quality assurance processes
Build positive relationships with educational and health partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN)
At least one year of RN experience in clinical settings
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with adult learning issues in diverse settings Lead clinical education innovations and aid student success at SGEI.
