Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance ongoing wellness.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace adhering to all health and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures,



answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to uphold professional standards.

Skills
Solid knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy techniques.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and foster a trusting client relationship.
