Become the Road Maintenance Supervisor for TNDC, focusing on the demanding winter workplace along the MAR. This temporary position offers a structured 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule. This crucial supervisory role involves ensuring the accessibility and safety of the Eskay Creek Mine Access Road while managing crew activities and responding to environmental challenges.
You’ll be pivotal in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including safety officers and operational teams, to guarantee repairs and maintenance are executed efficiently. Your strategic oversight will drive continuous improvement in road maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily winter maintenance operations for MAR
Coordinate maintenance plans with construction schedules
Supervise in office personnel and equipment utilization
Handle safety compliance and incident response
Maintain communication with external teams for updates Requirements:
High school diploma preferred; technical training is a plus
5+ years of supervisory experience in road maintenance
