Join Aecon as a Site Manager for the Darlington Current Nuclear Project in Oshawa, Ontario. This position focuses on ensuring effective construction management and safety compliance. As part of an key partnership with Kiewit Nuclear Canada, you will play a key role in executing the complex construction tasks in office. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will plan and coordinate a multitude of construction activities while ensuring that all safety and quality regulations are met.

Oversee planning of construction methodologies and resource needs
Review and manage project schedules, identifying critical issues




Develop and execute effective safety and quality programs
Engage with clients and project partners for alignment
Supervise daily operations and field inspections Requirements:
At least 7 years of supervisory experience in construction
Familiarity with nuclear project management
Detailed knowledge of safety and construction standards
