Site Labour Foreman

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

About Us

We are a growing construction company specializing in high-rise residential developments throughout Southern Ontario. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Labour Foreman to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in maintaining safe and organized job sites.

Responsibilities

As a Site Labour Foreman, your responsibilities will include:
Supervise and lead site labour crews.
Coordinate daily activities with the Site Super.
Delegate work assignments and monitor productivity.
Promote and enforce site safety procedures.
Perform rough carpentry and general construction duties.
Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
Operate skid steer and forklift equipment as required.
Maintain site housekeeping and material organization.
Install and remove jacks and shoring posts.
Install fencing and fall protection systems.
Complete tarping and surface protection.
Assist with traffic control and other site logistics.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:




Minimum 2–3 years of construction experience in a Foreman, Lead Hand, or other supervisory role.
Valid Working at Heights certification.
Valid WHMIS certification.
5-Step Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness certificate.
Skid Steer Operator Certification.
Class 7 Forklift Operator Certification.
Basic set of hand tools and tool pouch.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation to job site.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
