PREP COOK/KITCHEN & DISHWASHER

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, proper food handling, dishwashing, and general cleaning tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in building a career in hospitality, food service, or restaurant operations while gaining hands-on experience in a quick-paced and team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities
Support food preparation and assist with basic cooking duties under the guidance of the culinary team.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Follow safe food handling, storage, and sanitation practices in accordance with established standards.
Assist with organizing ingredients, stocking supplies, and monitoring inventory levels.




Ensure kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly.
Assist with food service and meal distribution as required.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to promote a protected working environment.

Experience:
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service workplace is preferred but not required
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and kitchen safety standards is a plus
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food handling is a plus
Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Permanent Salary: $17.60 per hour
