About Us For over 20 years we have been a leading commercial glazing contractor specializing in high-quality architectural and interior glazing systems, as well as service maintenance. We are seeking a dual-role Site Foreman / Project Manager to bridge the gap between field execution and office management.

Position Overview

You will oversee glazing projects from PO handoff to final closeout. This hybrid role requires a robust background in glazing installation, field leadership, material procurement, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Field Leadership & Supervision

· Manage field crews to ensure productive, high-quality installations.

· Enforce safety protocols + conduct daily toolbox talks.

· Layout and verify field dimensions, ensuring compliance with architectural shop drawings & specifications

Project Management & Operations

· Track project schedules, milestones,



and budgets from start to finish.

· Order and track materials, coordinating timely deliveries of glass, materials, and hardware.

· Manage change orders, RFI submissions

· Attend site meetings representing the company with general contractors and architects.

Qualifications

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial glazing experience (interior frameless doors, interior office glazing systems, exterior storefront, & exterior curtainwall).

· Leadership: Minimum 2 years in a Foreman, Lead Glazier, or Project Manager role.

· Technical Skills: Ability to read architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications

· Project Estimating: Experience an asset

· Software: Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word)

· Certifications: Valid driver's license, hoisting/rigging certifications (asset).

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
