Our client, a respected consulting engineering firm, is seeking a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving business development efforts, managing high-quality proposal submissions, and elevating the firm’s marketing presence across the AEC industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys blending proposal coordination, content development, marketing communications, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the coordination, preparation, and submission of proposals, qualifications packages, and related materials
Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely submissions
Manage proposal schedules, templates, project sheets, resumes, and tracking/reporting tools
Support marketing initiatives including social media content, website updates, project profiles, and promotional materials
Develop compelling written content such as case studies, project descriptions,



and award submissions
Monitor procurement sites and track new business prospects
Assist with conferences, events, sponsorships, and industry relationship-building efforts

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, business development, or communications
Experience in skilled services, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or consulting
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Creative Suite
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred
Familiarity with BC Bid, MERX, and Bids & Tenders is an asset
