Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on various powersport vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Use hand tools and power tools skillfully to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with precision.
Conduct inspections to identify mechanical issues, fluid leaks, electrical problems, and other malfunctions.
Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, recommended services, and maintenance schedules.
Keep the work area clean, organized,



and compliant with safety standards to promote a protected working environment.
Stay current with industry trends and manufacturer updates to ensure the highest quality of service.

Qualifications
Robust mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working on powersport vehicles or similar machinery.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets.
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in a repair setting.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
Prior experience in a powersport or automotive repair shop is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
