Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions

Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs

Create an amazing customer experience

Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge to inspire customers to see what is possible with the latest technology

What we’re looking for: 6+ months’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role

Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers

Flexibility to adapt to agile situations in a fast-paced setting A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working workplace

Excellent communication skills
