Role Description This full time, remote Sales Representative role is based in Montreal QC.

The Sales

Representative will engage with recent and existing customers, present product options, and recommend wheel and tire solutions that match customer needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, creating quotes, processing orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role involves maintaining product knowledge, staying current on inventory and promotions.





The Sales Representative will also help identify sales opportunities, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused work setting.

Qualifications
Bilingual (french / english speaking)
Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close sales.
Knowledge or strong interest in automotive products, especially wheels and tires, with the ability to learn technical features and product differences.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with explicit, professional verbal and written communication.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and orders in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM systems, order entry software, and common office applications.
Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or business-to-business sales is an asset; experience in the automotive or related industry is a strong plus.
