What We're Looking For We are searching for a strategic Sales Manager who can lead, train, and mentor a team of sales specialists to continued success. The ideal candidate will have:




Proven experience in new vehicle sales management
Robust expertise in commissioning deals, traffic follow-up, and lead nurturing.
An eye for merchandising—you know how to make the showroom shine and inventory move!
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to develop and empower a winning team.
Proven ability to drive lease retention and grow lease penetration through structured, results-focused processes.
Demonstrated success in building a performance-driven culture with ongoing training and measurable monthly success metrics.
