Responsibilities
Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs

Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or exercises
Ensure a clean, secure, and comfortable treatment environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region and skilled liability insurance.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and listening attentively to client needs
Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
