Reporting to the Owner, you will play an essential role in multifaceted projects, including commercial and residential builds. You will focus on estimating, financial performance, and client relations to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from award to closeout efficiently
Prepare estimates and support tender reviews
Administer contracts and coordinate trade partners
Monitor project financials and track costs
Process RFIs and maintain accurate project records Requirements:
5+ years in construction project management
Degree in Construction Management or related field
Valid driver's licence and transportation access
Experience with project planning and cost control
