Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations and company policies
Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the restaurant floor and kitchen area
Support training initiatives for current hires and ongoing development of team members in food service and hospitality skills
Skills
Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a diverse team under pressure
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles preferred
Familiarity with food handling regulations and health standards
Barista experience or serving background is a plus for versatile team support
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a quick-paced setting
