Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience that encourages engagement.
Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs.
Assist customers in selecting products by providing knowledgeable advice on features, specifications, and usage.
Conduct upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately.




Maintain merchandising standards and ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining phone etiquette, and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications
Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations.
Robust communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product advantages.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems is a plus.
Hard working, Fully Engaged attitude with a growth mindset.
