Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and possess a robust understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
Assist in meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients as needed.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.




Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures regarding food service and safety.

Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry.
Experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, especially pizza-making methods.
A passion for creating high-quality meals that delight customers.
