You will lead in office construction activities, manage trades, and ensure safety compliance during night hours. We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee tenant improvement projects.

You will drive progress and maintain project schedules and budgets while fostering collaboration with trades. Your problem-solving skills and leadership will ensure adherence to VPAC’s high-quality standards in office. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure projects start per VPAC’s Standard Project Start-Up Procedures
Maintain budgets and manage General Conditions expenses
Schedule trades and communicate with Project Manager daily




Oversee site operations and enforce quality standards
Foster relationships with corporate team, clients, and public officials Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Superintendent
Robust leadership and communication skills
Proficiency with Procore and Smartsheet
Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
Familiarity with WorkSafeBC regulations Lead successful projects as VPAC’s Site Superintendent focusing on tenant improvements during night shifts.
