We are looking for an experienced and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our Shell Gas Station team for the night shift.

Requirements
Previous experience working at a Shell Gas Station in Canada is preferred.
Solid knowledge of:
Shell POS system
Lottery ticket sales and validation
Scratch & Win tickets
Cash handling and balancing
Tobacco sales and age verification
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Honest, dependable, and punctual.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Job Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service.
Operate the cash register accurately.
Sell lottery and Scratch & Win tickets following BCLC regulations.
Restock merchandise, beverages, and cooler items.
Prepare and maintain coffee and food service areas.
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.




Complete shift reports and cash reconciliation.
Follow Shell operational procedures and safety standards.
Help maintain a safe and secure store environment during the night shift.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Shell operations and procedures.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays.
