Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales prospects
Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and providing correct change
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations




Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest requests or concerns promptly

Experience
Previous food service experience in a quick-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse guests
Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous but training will be provided
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality or the food industry helps in delivering exceptional guest services and upselling techniques
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining a positive attitude
