We�re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation and qualified appearance of our parking facilities across Ottawa. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you�ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations�ensuring our locations are clean, secure, and fully functional for every customer who enters.

Responsibilities
Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage
Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
Litter pick-up on parking levels
Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth
Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed

Qualifications
Good communication skills
High degree of attention to detail
Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw,



screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
Excellent time management
Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
IPC1
