Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced skim coaters and painters with 1–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working on residential and light commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Perform skim coating on ceilings and walls to achieve smooth finishes
Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, patching, priming)
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Maintain a clean and organized work setting
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in skim coating and/or painting




Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to job sites
Physically able to handle lifting, standing, and overhead work
