Ideal candidate should be skilled in Salesforce Sales cloud, service cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud.
Experience managing a team of developers/service delivery resources on L1 and L2 areas.
Experience working on any of the eCommerce domain/life cycle is must.
Should be ready to work outside of Salesforce on the integrated systems on technologies like Shopify, TikTok at user level
Should have experience of business stake holder management and client communications
Should be able to work on minor enhancements on mentioned Salesforce technologies. No architecture level knowledge is expected.
Experience working with complex interfacing system will be beneficial
