Network Security Analyst (Contract)

Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Duration: 3 Months (Robust possibility of extension)

Rate: Up to $80–85/hr Inc.

We're looking for a Network Security Analyst to support a leading enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and be able to independently resolve Tier 1–3 network security incidents with minimal ramp-up.

Must-Haves
2–5 years of hands-on network security operations experience.
Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks (Panorama, PAN-OS, App-ID/User-ID, NAT, VPN).
Experience providing Tier 1–3 firewall/network security support, including firewall rule requests, connectivity issues, policy troubleshooting, and firewall administration.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM ticketing system.
