We are seeking a skilled and certified Red Seal Automotive Mechanic to join our team as Shop foreman . The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves performing complex repairs, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues using advanced tools and diagnostic equipment
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Conduct welding and assembly tasks as needed for vehicle repairs or modifications
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work workplace
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and service recommendations
Assist in the training of apprentices or junior technicians when required
Experience
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a valid Red Seal certification
Dealership experience is highly desirable
Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes and models
Proficiency with schematics, diagnostic software, and automotive repair manuals
Hands-on experience with welding, assembly, and the use of power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on vehicles for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
Prior experience working with maintenance procedure.
