Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Lead.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations in highly regulated environments.
Solid understanding of banking operations, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Core Banking Systems, Data Lakes, and enterprise applications.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with business, executive leadership, architects, and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
Proficiency with
JIRA
,
Confluence
, and enterprise DevOps delivery processes.
