Key Responsibilities




Identify and secure new B2B sales prospects for custom rubber and plastic molding.
Manage and grow existing industrial accounts through consultative selling.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review technical drawings and client specifications.
Prepare precise quotes and commercial proposals for manufacturing projects.
Attend industry events and network to expand our regional market presence.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in industrial or manufacturing B2B sales.
Robust understanding of compression molding, injection molding, or rubber/plastics processing.
Strict Requirement: This is a technical B2B role; candidates with only retail sales experience will not be considered.
Ability to read blueprints and understand basic technical engineering drawings.
Local knowledge of the Ontario industrial and manufacturing market is an asset.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regional travel to client sites.
