We are a young family, with 3 adorable kids, a toddler boy and a couple of twins. My wife is currently on maternity leave and I work shifts. My toddles goes to day care from 8am to 4:30pm.
Ill need a baby sitter for the twins, which are very calm and quiet babies for the most part, with Samuel being a bit more active and energetic.
Because I work 12h nights/days shifts, my wife needs help to handle them when Im away, specially the moments my oldest, Lucas, is home. Id need help from 4pm until 8pm a few days a week, and occasionally on weekends from 8am until 8pm
