Compensation: $65,000 base salary with total potential earnings up to $500,000+ annually, based on performance
Falcon Wealth Planning, a fast-growing fiduciary financial planning firm, is seeking a Client Conversion Specialist to join our Advisory team. This role serves as the final step in the client acquisition process, partnering with Advisors and Relationship Managers to help close high-value or complex prospects.
The ideal candidate is a proven closer—confident, professional, and skilled at earning trust while guiding clients toward informed decisions. Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales is highly valued.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Advisors and Relationship Managers to close qualified leads.
Present Falcon’s financial planning process and fiduciary value proposition.
Handle objections with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain detailed records and follow-up activity in Salesforce.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion goals.
Qualifications
Proven record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and guide clients through decisions.
Experience in financial services, insurance, or automotive sales required.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
