We are hiring a part time Pharmacy Technician to join the team at Student Health Pharmacy in Waterloo. This position pays $18.00 per hour with 2 years relevant experience and requires 25–30 hours per week. Responsibilities
Process prescriptions accurately using the Kroll pharmacy management system
Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing inventory
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
Provide friendly, professional service to patients and respond to inquiries
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient record
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
Qualifications
Previous cash register or point-of-sale experience is required
Proficiency with Kroll Software is required
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear verbal communication and demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to work reliably in a busy environment with minimal supervision
Mandarin language skills are considered an asset
