Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention and promote featured products
Communicate effectively with customers in English or other languages as needed, ensuring clarity and understanding
Use robust time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging a diverse customer base
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are advantageous
