Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineer looking to lead impactful industrial projects with major clients in the energy, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure sectors? We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to drive electrical engineering design and project execution from concept through commissioning. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary collaboration, mentor engineers, and deliver technically challenging projects while ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

A typical day:
Lead electrical engineering activities for assigned projects and project scopes
Coordinate electrical design execution with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Support procurement activities through requisitions, bid evaluations, and vendor reviews
Develop, review, and approve electrical engineering deliverables and technical documentation
Identify technical risks, resolve engineering issues, and support project change management
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers and designers
Requirements:
Hold an accredited degree in Electrical Engineering and Qualified Engineer designation or eligibility for registration
Demonstrate extensive experience delivering electrical engineering solutions on industrial projects
Apply strong knowledge of low and medium voltage power distribution systems and motor control applications
Interpret and develop electrical drawings, studies, specifications, and technical documentation
Utilize expertise in hazardous area design, grounding, lighting, protection systems, and applicable electrical codes
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams
