As Tooling
Manager, you will be responsible for leading the tooling department, ensuring that all employees are trained and following safety protocols. Your leadership will help streamline operations, comply with legal diligence, and maintain equipment essential for production. Regular communication with various departments will be key to achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor tooling staff to meet standards
Enforce Health & Safety regulations rigorously
Manage training and recent employee orientation
Track and ensure accuracy of time clock records
Perform and oversee machine maintenance tasks Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 or CAEC
Tool and Die License certification required
Five years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
Two years' leadership experience in relevant roles
Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Plex Ensure the operational excellence of the tooling department at Marwood International.
