Data & Analytics team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer with over six years of data engineering experience, along with a track record in mentorship. In this role, you will lead a squad, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality data solutions while working hands-on with Python and various data platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a squad of data engineers in technical direction
Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog
Own end-to-end delivery of data products
Design and implement scalable pipelines with PySpark
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency Requirements:
6+ years hands-on data engineering experience
Proficiency in Python and PySpark
Experience with Databricks and SQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms, Azure preferred
