Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time and Part Time Staff Member to join our team at Lootie Patootie. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting in-store operations. Key tasks include assisting customers with purchases, handling inquiries, restocking shelves, and ensuring a welcoming store environment. This is an in office role located in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with precision.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.




Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A background in technology sales is a plus but not required.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
