Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Support with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected environment
Monitor clients’ health status,



report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
Assist with mobility aids and transfers to ensure safety during movement within the home or facility

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living settings or nursing homes is highly valued
Strong background in senior care, including working with individuals with disabilities or dementia
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, compassion, and active listening abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and family members
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules in dynamic care settings
