We are currently seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for home care assignments in Hemmingford, Quebec, located approximately 1 hour from Montreal.
These assignments primarily involve client supervision, daily living assistance, and basic personal care, provided in accordance with established care plans.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients through ongoing supervision
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and basic care needs
Provide daily living support based on each client's individual needs
Follow care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements
Valid PDSB (Protected Patient Handling) certification
Valid CPR certification
Law 90 training
Diploma in Personal Assistance / Health Care Assistance (an asset)
Must have access to a vehicle (assignment is located approximately 1 hour from Montreal)

Commute / Relocation Hemmingford, QC: Must be able to commute reliably or be willing to relocate before starting work. (Required)
