What You’ll Do
Perform lawn maintenance tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, seeding, fertilizing, and clean-up
Operate commercial equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
Occasionally prune shrubs and maintain garden beds
Drive company truck and trailer to transport equipment between job sites
Maintain equipment, perform minor mechanical repairs, and report issues
Represent the company professionally with clients
Occasionally assist with straightforward marketing tasks (e.g., door hangers)

Requirements




Valid G driver’s license with clean abstract (required for driving truck and trailer)
Comfortable driving a truck and trailer to transport equipment between job sites
Ability to lift 30–80 lbs and perform physical work daily
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strict adherence to health and safety requirements
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor conditions with minimal supervision

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in lawn care or landscaping
Basic mechanical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot minor problems
Customer service experience
